Event Appearance Commitment

Thank you for your interest in having our food truck participate in your event. We are committed to providing a professional, clean, and welcoming food service experience for your guests. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality food, excellent customer service, and efficient operations to ensure a successful event.

Minimum Sales Guarantee

To secure our food truck for your event, the following minimum sales guarantee is required:

  • Monday through Thursday:
  • Friday through Sunday:

This minimum ensures the cost of staffing, food preparation, travel, and full-service operation. If total sales at the event do not meet the required minimum, the client agrees to pay the difference between the actual sales and the minimum guarantee.

If total sales meet or exceed the minimum, no additional payment is required beyond guest purchases.

Payment Terms

Any required minimum guarantee balance is due immediately at the conclusion of the event.

Weather Commitment

We are prepared to operate rain or shine, unless weather conditions are unsafe or the event is officially canceled.
